On-Site Pricing
Since every case is different, we recommend you call us
at (606) 377-6552 to get free estimate. Our estimate will be
flat fee (not per hour) which means that we are so confident
of ourselves so you will know exactly how much you will be
charged before we even get there.
Packages for your business
When you sign up for a plan, you'll get a technician visiting
your business once a month to ensure that your computers
are maintained and in good working order. Having monthly
maintenance ensures that your computers will always be
running at their full potential and many potential problems
are identified immediately and taken care of before they can
cause damage to your business. You also get Customer
support. Just pick up the phone and give us a call. We will
walk you through anything should you require assistance.
Every call that you make to H.V.E. will be handled by a
professionally trained technician. We never
outsource calls overseas, so you can be sure to get
excellent call clarity and professional communication that
you can understand. The plans available do not cover the
cost of new hardware or software when something goes bad.
We can usually have the parts needed on hand when called
other wise it will need to be ordered and is a seperate price!

If you would like more or less computers supported you may request
